Health and Wellness Library Program: Eating Healthy without Breaking the Bank
With seemingly limitless options of potential snacks and meals, it can be challenging to maintain healthy (and cheap) eating habits. The Health and Wellness Library is here to help you build a plan towards better nutrition! Join us in person for Eating Healthy without Breaking the Bank on Tuesday, March 19 from noon to 1 p.m. as we chat with Mary-Jo Sawyer, a registered dietician at VCU Health. We will discuss strategies and tips for sustaining a healthy diet.
This program is free and open to all. Registration is required. Registrants will receive a reminder prior to the event.
